Help Revolware grow its customer base and formalize processes to achieve more reliable and predictable service.

🔨 Activities

Marketing:

• social media communication
• email marketing, blogs or vlogs with interesting content
• leads database cultivation
• internal projects marketing

Sales:

• set up a reliable customer acquisition process independent of random introductions
• sell SLAs and repetitive-revenue services to existing customers
• internal projects sales
• setup company customs into formalized automated processes

Account management:

• independent project management and communication with clients

🕑 Time requirements

Occasional, on-demand service. Employment trough student job contract (“dohoda o brigádnickej práci študentov“) or as a freelance / company.

🏢 Workplace

Usually online, meetings mainly in Bratislava or your sales focus area.

💰 Compensation

According to experience. Up to 10% of project revenue sales bonuses apply.

Chief Human Resources Officer

🎯 Main goal

Help Revolware find and retain the best possible team.

🔨 Activities

Headhunting:

• find new developers, designers and other roles for hire

Teambuildings and culture:

• organize teambuilding retreats, ski-trips, chess tournaments, office-sessions, hackathons, karting sessions…

Procurement:

• company branded shirts and hoodies
• procure and manage clean-up services
• furniture and accessories, new piano

Usually online, meetings mainly in Bratislava.
